Order Processing:
1. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. Please review the information carefully and contact our customer support team immediately if any changes are required.

2. Stage One: After you place the order, our International Team will start working on your order immediately and procure the item to our International Warehouse, where our team will an Intensive Quality Check to make sure your items are in Top Notch Quality.

3. Stage Two: After the Quality Check has been done, your items are shipped from our International Warehouse to our Domestic Warehouse based in your Destination Country where an additional Quality Check is done to ensure the items weren’t damaged in Transit.

4. Stage Three: After the Final Quality Check, your order is shipped to you from the Domestic Warehouse located in the Destination Country.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:
1. Shipping Carriers: We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. The specific carrier used for your shipment will be determined based on various factors, including the destination and the size/weight of the package.

2. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time depends on your location but we estimate to deliver your order to you within 7-15 days. Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier disruptions.

3. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped from our Domestic Warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Rates:
1. Free Shipping: We have a Free Shipping Policy on all orders  above $500. All other orders incur a Shipping Charge.

International Shipping:
1. International Orders: We gladly accept international orders and ship to various countries. The Customs fees, duties and taxes are paid by us, and you don’t have to pay anything extra other than the product cost.

2. Customs and Import Regulations: Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs and import regulations before placing an international order. We are not responsible for any items confiscated, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities.

Shipping Address:
1. Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address information at the time of purchase. Please double-check the shipping address to ensure proper delivery. We are not liable for shipments sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

2. Changes to Shipping Address: If you need to make changes to the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed or shipped.

Delivery Issues:
1. Lost or Stolen Packages: In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution to the best of our ability.

2. Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that appears to be damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery or take photos of the damaged package before opening it. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue and initiate a claim.
